How we collect information from you
PCC will collect personal information about you when you register onto a training course/workshop, purchase one of our services, enquire about our services, join the mailing list or interact with PCC in any other way. Your data is only used for its intended use and is never given to advertisers or sold.
Information we collect from you
The information PCC collects and holds about you may include your name, job title, organisation, work address, telephone and (where applicable name, address, email of department to send invoice to within the organisation,) and finance department telephone.
How your information is used
To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us; Send you information relating to the training courses/workshops you have registered to attend; Send you your certificate of attendance and post course reading; Notify you of changes to our services; Send you communications which may be of interest to you. These may include information about our services, upcoming training courses/workshops and updates.
Participant personal information is only shared with other participants of the same workshop for networking purposes, the attendee is offered to opt in to be listed on the delegate list.
We may pass your information to our trusted sub-contractors who are authorised to work on our behalf. We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. They are requested to delete all information relating to participants on the training courses/workshops after they are completed.
Information held by PCC may be requested to be made available for regulatory purposes such as financial audits and inspections.

Our website may contain links to other websites for further guidance. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide whilst visiting such sites. You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. We only use email marketing and do not use any postal communications or text or telemarketing.
